Hallow is bleeding out and will be lucky to survive. If he does, Mark predicts that HallowTip will retaliate by being loud (turning up decibels) when it’s his turn.
It won’t work though. Shouting to mask weak bars is like talking about being rich (the “commas” in large dollar figures like $1,000,000) when everyone knows you’re really broke (the decimal point after small dollar figures, like $1.00).
